3. No overnight guests in room unless booked.

6. Cancellation within 30 days of stay – No refund due.
   Cancellation between 31 and 60 days before stay – 50% of invoice is refundable.
   Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – Full refund.
   Non Arrivals or Early Departure pay 100% of invoice amount
